Refund & Return Policy – Masara India

At Masara India, we value your trust and want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  
• To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
  
• Certain items such as sale products, intimate wear, and customized orders are not eligible for returns.
  

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
  
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of free shipping, a nominal logistics fee may be deducted.
  

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for size or product issues, subject to stock availability.
  
• If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be initiated instead.
  

Damaged / Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and images. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
