Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the next business day.

During festive seasons or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5–7 business days

Remote / Outstation Locations: 7–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on courier partner efficiency and unforeseen factors like weather or regional restrictions.
Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping may be offered on orders above a specified purchase value (announced during promotions).

Any applicable COD charges will also be mentioned before checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available only in select pin codes as determined by our logistics partners.

COD orders above a certain value may require advance confirmation.

In case of repeated COD order cancellations, Masara India reserves the right to disable COD for future orders from that customer.
Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and link will be sent via email/SMS.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after dispatch.

Customers can also track orders by logging into their Masara India account.
- Delays in Delivery
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

Courier or logistics issue
- Natural disasters or weather disruptions
- Public holidays or national strikes
- Remote location service limitations
Masara India will not be liable for delays beyond our control but will assist you in tracking and resolving issues.
Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting our support team.
Once an order is shipped, modifications/cancellations are not possible.
Incorrect / Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.
